Process

Conducting in-depth competitive analysis

The design process began with in-depth user research to understand the needs and challenges of photographer looking to showcasing their work.

Designing personalised landing page

Based on the research findings, I focused on designing personalised webpages. These web pages provided users with a minimalistic overview of their photos, including shutter speed, ISO, and what camera did they use to capture their picture.

Minimalism In Mind

With the use of negative white space the layout employs ample white space to emphasize the visuals and content without overwhelming the user.

Photo gallery view

A dynamic grid layout lets users preview multiple photos at once. The combination of full-screen and tiled layouts caters to both detailed and quick browsing preferences. Users can easily gain a clear understanding of each image through its visual details, accompanying descriptions, and even the camera settings used by the photographer.

With all these features, the site perfectly showcases the photographer's work. Overall, it not only enhances the photographer’s personal brand but also serves as a powerful tool for attracting future clients.
